Wake-up call
So for some reason it just hit me......I will graduate in 4 months and although I'm in the process of looking for a job, I'm still stressed and anxious and excited all at the same time. I also have come to realize that I have to grow-up and permanently move out within the next 6 months. If that's not bad enough I will loose my health insurance (because I'm currently under my parents) and I will have to start paying off my student loans. I can't believe that I'm an adult and have to start making all these decisions in just a few short months. I'm ready and excited, but sad to leave this part of my life behind.

KATE WINSLET WINS!
I know it's been a while but I had to post something about the Golden Globes. Let me just say that Kate Winslet deserved a Golden Globe about 11 years ago for her role in Titanic but her time didn't come until tonight. She won both "Best Supporting Actress" and "Best Actress" for her roles in The Reader and Revolutionary Road. I'm so happy for her and so glad someone deserving finally won an award. Plus, I'm obsessed with Kate Winslet, Leonardo DiCaprio and the movie Titanic so obviously I'm extremely excited. That's it! Have a good week!

Grey's Anatomy downfall
I would just like to tell everyone my frustrating and disappointment with Grey's Anatomy. Recently rumors had been floating around that T. R. Knight (George) was quitting the show and wanted to be written off. I still am a bit confused as to whether this is true or not. According to People, he will be quitting the show, but another source called The Star Online eCentral reports the Knight will not be leaving. No matter what happens, I have to say that Grey's Anatomy has really gone downhill and I have a feeling that they will see a drop in their ratings within the next year.

Lost and scared
So I'm starting to look for jobs since my quarter won't be too stressful and the more I look, the depressed I become. Most of the jobs require at least 3 years of experience, which I know you are sometimes suppose to ignore, but I always feel like there is someone more qualified for that job than me. I suppose I need a little self-esteem boost. Anyway, I've also joined CareerBuilder and have invested some time into that. I feel like I'm doing everything in my power to try and secure a job for the near future, but why do I feel like by the time graduation roles around I will have nothing........what should I do??

Last reading week 10....
As this quarter starts to wrap up, our readings in "The New Rules of Marketing and PR," "Citizen Marketers," and "New Influences" must come to an end as well. These last few readings really summed up the quarter, talking about the importance of blogging and loyalty of content. I really enjoyed reading the conclusion of "Citizen Marketers" and the story of Lonelygirl15 on YouTube. It's unbelievable that this girl made up a character and so many people believed her; however I'm sure I would have too if watched her video. The point of telling this story is to make people understand that blogging is about loyalty and not deception. Organizations need to make an investment or sacrifice to strengthen a relationship with its customers, as stated by Fred Reichheld.
However, what's hard for me to understand is how can a customer trust what they read on the Internet? Realistically, I find it hard to read what's on the Internet without some skepticism. Television is the same way and I feel that it will always be hard to trust what's on the Internet. This is where loyalty really comes into play. Customers need to know that they can trust what the organization is about. If they find out something is fake they will be offended and the organization will lose it's credibility and the customer's trust. Therefore, organizations can develop relationship through social media but they need to be loyal and responsible.
